1Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rocket Digital Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the DecorAI mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2Description of Service
DecorAI is an AI-powered interior design application that allows users to:
- Upload photos of their rooms
- Apply various interior design styles using artificial intelligence
- Receive AI-generated visualizations of room transformations
- Save and share their design concepts
The Service is available on iOS, Android, and web platforms.
3User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.
Subscriptions & Payments
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription Plans
Premium features are available through subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through:
- Apple iTunes — for iOS app subscriptions
- Google Play — for Android app subscriptions
- Stripe — for web application payments
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings, or through your account on our website. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Apple, Google, or Stripe, depending on where the purchase was made. Please contact the respective app store or payment processor for refund inquiries.
5User Content
Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos and images you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
License: By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and transform your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Image Retention: Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers after 90 days. We do not use your images for marketing, training, or any purpose other than providing the Service.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have the right to share such content.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service to:
- ✕Upload images you do not have the right to share
- ✕Upload images containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- ✕Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- ✕Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- ✕Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- ✕Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- ✕Impersonate any person or entity
- ✕Collect user information without consent
- ✕Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- ✕Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
7Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-uploaded content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rocket Digital Limited and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

8Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
AI-generated designs are suggestions only and should not be considered professional interior design advice. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
- Any content obtained from the Service
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
10Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
12Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
